Steve joined during its early years with a background in electronics, and recently celebrated 20 years helping Mainers with accessibility. Mastering the intricacies of each product we offer, Steve's reputation within the market is his ability to fix "anything that can be fixed".

Tonya Polk - Office Staff

Tonya is Jeremy's wife, and she is who makes sure the lights are on, and the bills are paid as our corporate secretary and head of the AP Department. Tonya is also is an accessibility specialist, helping customers navigate through accessibility challenges over the phone, and scheduling a technician visit if needed.

Cindy Lilley - Office Staff

Cindy has been helping Mainers at MAC for over 5 years now. She not only manages our busy office, she also assist customers on the phones, and together with Tonya, does scheduling for the technicians, and helps to make sure the technicians have what they need everyday to get stuff done. Without Cindy’s organizational skills, nobody would know where anything is around here.

Kurt Osgood - Service Manager

During his over 12 years at MAC, Kurt has installed or worked on nearly every product we offer. He is licensed for commercial lifts and elevators, and has extensive electrical and troubleshooting knowledge. If your equipment isn't working quite right, rest assured that you are in very capable hands with Kurt.

Anthony Michaud - Service & Installation Technician
Anthony Michaud - Project Manager / Sales

Anthony started with MAC in 2014 and has experienced both the installation and service aspects of MAC as well as the sales. He also holds a license for commercial lifts installations in Maine. He can install and repair nearly all of our products, and always has a smile on. Currently Anthony does sales of residential elevators and vertical lifts, and well as on site project management.

Jeremy brings over 5 years of stairlift experience with him when he arrives at your house. He's highly skilled in both repairs and installations of multiple brands of stairlifts, and is happy to help out any way he can.

Cody Whitney – Lead Commercial Lift Installer / Technician

Cody has been with MAC for over 7 years now. He holds a commercial lift license for the State of Maine and manages most of the commercial lift installations. He works closely with State of Maine inspectors, contractors and building owners to make sure commercial projects get done safely, correctly, and on time. Cody's commitment to the industry is a rare thing nowadays, and it shows in his quality work.

David Quinn – Lead Residential Elevator Installer / Technician
David Quinn – Lead Residential Elevator Installer / Technician

David is one of MAC's top residential elevator installers. He is factory trained by several manufacturers and has become the lead residential elevator installer at MAC. He is often times installing an elevator somewhere while simultaneously advising another installer somewhere else over the phone. It is rare that an elevator gets installed without David's influence one way or another. David takes pride in every aspect of his installations and his customer service.

Dylan Gilman – Lead Ramp Installer
Dylan Gilman – Lead Ramp Installer

Dylan has been with MAC for 2 years now and currently leads our ramp installation projects. When he is not measuring or installing ramps, he is installing stairway chairlifts or assisting with commercial wheelchair lift installations. Dylan is a certified welder and soon to be licensed for commercial wheelchair lift installations. Dylan is fast become a "Jack of all things accessibility" within the organization.

Rachel Sockbeson – Ramp & Stairlift Installer / Helper

Rachel has only been with us a short while building ramps with Dylan and installing stairlifts. She fast proved herself worthy as an excellent technician / installer on any type of accessibility project and we look forward to assisting her with her future certifications and licensing. We see great things in Rachels future here.

Alan is out newest team member working with David everyday installing residential elevators. Alan came to us with excellent customer service experience in the technical healthcare field and has fast earned his position next to David.
